Cafe H&N — Barista
Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam | July 2022 — July 2023
Responsible for taking orders, preparing coffee, and delivering quality customer service. Through this role, I developed strong attention to detail, patience, and consistency in a cafe environment.

Hottwist — Food service staff
Brisbane, Australia | August 2024
Served food and managed orders at the Ekka Show for two weeks. This role was the key in developing my communication skills, my ability to work efficiently under pressure, and my customer service capabilities within a high-volume event environment. It taught me the importance of quick thinking and effective teamwork.
